Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

All orders ship from our fulfillment location in Charlotte, North Carolina (PO Box 77272, Charlotte, NC 28271).

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the destination and carrier performance.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary based on location.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our shipping regions in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
